Give a kid the ability to move well, and it shows up everywhere: on the field, in the pool, and in how they carry themselves at school.
We teach kids to move well before we ask them to move hard. They learn to crawl, jump, land, climb, push and pull with control, and they build real strength in a way that feels like play, not training.
Every session is designed by Chris Miller, founder of PrimalThenics, drawing on 25+ years coaching professional teams and Olympic and Commonwealth Games athletes. Sessions are delivered by our accredited PrimalThenics coaches.
What they build
How it works
Term 4 runs for 8 weeks, from Monday 12 October to Friday 4 December, with one-hour sessions five days a week. Choose one regular session and your child trains with the same group and coach all term.
Train together
Parents can train alongside their kids in the same session, with the same coach.
It's the same approach as Primal Juniors, scaled so everyone gets a proper workout, whether you're 10 or 50. Kids see you having a go, you see how much they've learned, and you both walk out a bit stronger.
