That is what the doctor told me after my third knee reconstruction at 20 years old.

I had an innate desire to be fit and strong. It was a key part of how I identified as a man

After years of traditional rehab, I needed to find a better way to do it, what I had been doing, was not working.

It is this drive to return to health and a high level of fitness, that led me to research and explore cutting-edge training systems, that challenge traditional paradigms of thinking in regard to rehab, mobility, strength, and nutrition.

The result - Primalthenics.

PrimalThenics is a style of training I created to combine my clinical musculature rehab skills, coaching experience and personal journey. It uniquely involves the combination of mobility drills, neurological techniques, muscle activation, crawling, and high intensity calisthenics, all done using body weight only and designed to be completed in a small space.

Today I am 40+ and have better health and fitness than I have ever had.
