Children are welcome to train more than once a week.
Adult prices
Family Monday and Thursday sessions: $200 for 8 weeks ($25 per session).
*Parents who are PrimalThenics Weekly members or 10-pack members can train as a part of their membership.

Help your kids build strength, coordination, and a love for fitness with our Junior Strength & Conditioning Program, designed by Chris Miller from PrimalThenics.
Sessions cover mobility, flexibility, resistance training, balance, and energy system development.
Family Monday and Thursdays
Parents/carers/family can train with their kids! This class brings generations together to build trust, strength, coordination, mobility and confidence through playful movement, teamwork, shared challenges, and meaningful connection.

Elite Training for All Skill Levels.
Enhance your puck skills, skating efficiency, strength, and conditioning with expert coaching. Led by Courtney Mahoney (Brisbane Lightning Women’s and Australia National Team player ). This program focuses on stick-handling, shooting, passing accuracy, and game awareness. Strength & conditioning sessions improve agility, power, endurance, and injury resilience.
