Primal Yoga

Strong and supple.

Primal Yoga blends primal flow movement with traditional yoga to build a body that's strong and supple. This isn't a passive stretch class — it's athletic, deliberate, and designed to make you more capable on and off the mat.

Why it works

Three reasons it works.

Strength through full range

Primal flows and loaded yoga holds build strength at the end ranges most training never touches — the foundation of genuine, injury-resistant athleticism.

Mobility & flexibility

Move more freely. Traditional yoga postures combined with primal patterns restore range through the hips, spine and shoulders.

Body awareness & recovery

Breath-led movement calms the nervous system, sharpens body awareness, and supports recovery from harder training days.

Who it's for

For athletes and anyone who finds yoga too static.

Athletes who need mobility to match their strength, people who find traditional yoga too static, and anyone wanting to move better while building real capability. Great as a complement to your strength and conditioning work, or as a practice in its own right. All levels welcome.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

No — flexibility is something you build here, not a prerequisite. Every movement scales.

Is this a relaxation class or a workout?

Both. It's athletic and challenging, but the breath and wind-down work leave you calm and recovered.

Will it help my other training?

Yes. The mobility, control and recovery directly support your strength and conditioning work.

What should I bring?

Bring water and a towel to every session.
