I’m Chris Miller, a coach with 27 years of experience, starting at age 14. I hold multiple degrees and certifications in health and fitness and am a dedicated stay-at-home dad.
My coaching approach stems from my personal journey through injuries, including three knee reconstructions and a sinus tumor that required extensive reconstruction. I've coached over 20 Olympic and Commonwealth athletes, as well as teams like the QLD Reds and Wallabies.
In 2015, I founded PrimalThenics, opening a studio in 2020 and LeanSuits Fitness in 2022. My goal is to help busy working parents aged 35-55 overcome fitness challenges and create a community of empowered individuals.
