PrimalThenics Insight series 2025 Programs & Events Calendar

PrimalThenics is the parent organisation for the PrimalThenics App, PrimalThenics Studio, and LeanSuits Fitness. In 2025 PrimalThenics provides a full schedule with group classes, personal coaching, school-term programs, seminars and intensives designed to foster holistic fitness, knowledge, and personal growth. All events are hosted at the PrimalThenics Fitness Studio, Newmarket Pool.


The Primal Insight Series and Primal Intensive programs are intricately designed to complement each other, creating a cohesive and holistic approach to wellness at PrimalThenics. Together, they aim to deepen participants' understanding of their bodies and minds, providing practical tools to address specific health goals throughout the year.

The Primal Insight Series and Workshops: Empowering Knowledge for Mind-Body Wellness

Each term, the Primal Insight Series offers one seminar and one workshop on topics that address physical, mental, and lifestyle elements of health. These sessions go beyond basic fitness principles, equipping participants with knowledge they can directly apply to optimise health. The series covers topics like healthy eating, vision wellness, injury prevention, and stress management during the festive season. Each seminar includes actionable advice and insights from both Chris Miller, PrimalThenics’ founder, and expert guest speakers, which expands the perspective and depth of each topic.

These seminars are structured to inform the direction of the associated Primal Intensive programs.

Primal Intensives: Targeted Practice and Personal Growth

The Primal Intensives are 6-10 week programs offered each term, with each intensive carefully curated to reflect and expand on the insights gained from the seminar and workshop series. These intensives provide a structured environment for hands-on application of the principles learned, focusing on disciplines such as yoga, functional strength, and weight management.

For instance, the Primal Yoga Intensive Program is designed to support members’ understanding of mindfulness, flexibility, and spine health, aligned with insights from the Flexibility and Mobility seminars. In Term 4, the Summer Intensive Shred brings together the knowledge gained throughout the year, helping participants prepare for a healthier holiday season by emphasising fitness consistency and sustainable nutrition.

Together, the Primal Insight Series, Workshops and Intensives create a supportive  cycle that fosters real, sustainable health outcomes for participants. The seminars plant seeds of knowledge, while the intensives offer a nurturing environment to practice, integrate, and solidify these principles over time. This connected approach is what makes PrimalThenics’ programs a truly holistic journey toward long-term wellness.

    • Completing challenging cardio sessions
